Return Policy
At Mari Lou's Fine Jewelry we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
Returning Your Purchase
You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by US Post Office, UPS or FedEx at your own expense.Simply call or text us at 708-403-2446 to obtain a Return Authorization # and make sure that number is on the outside of your package.
We request that you send us the merchandise by US Postal Registered Mail, UPS or FedEx and that you purchase insurance for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in original box and include everything that came with it. Be sure to use a sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition.

Return Conditions
You have 15 days to return an item from the ship date, some exceptions are allowed like holiday purchases and special occasions. Items must be returned unused with the Non-returnable tag still attached and in their original packaging. Items will not be accepted for return if the items shows wear or has the Non-returnable tag removed. Altered items such as sized, personalized items, special orders and custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
Receiving a Refund
Mari Lou's does not offer refunds. On occasion we have made an exception but that must be agreed upon prior to the purchase. We would hate to lose a sale for not offering refunds but in our 43 years of business our customers have trusted us to find them something else they love if the original item is not to their liking. Gift recipients will receive an in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.
Gift Returns
Gift recepients will receive and in-store credit in their name and they are welcome to exchange the item for anything else they would prefer. Any gift that is missing the Non-returnable tag or shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days following our return policy protocol.
Personalized Items
Personlized items and custom jewelry are not eligible for returns at this time.
Custom and Special Order Items
Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns. Any product that has been built or altered at your request (including ring re-sizing and diamond upgrades) falls under this category and as such is not eligible for exchange.
