Credit and Exchanges:
Jewelry in original condition may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt for store credit only. Sorry NO Refunds.
Special Orders:
Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. A special order constitutes any non-inventory jewelry item or watch ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer's request. A minimum deposit of 30% is required at the time of order. In most cases cancellations are not allowed, however if cancellation is possible, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit.
Layaway:
Articles placed on layaway will be held with a deposit of 40%, for a period not to exceed 3 months. Extended time will be granted for larger purchases and agreed upon with the initial onset of the contract. No refunds or exchanges are allowed for articles placed on layaway. The original deposit and subsequent payments will be forfeited if the layaway is canceled or if non-payment for 3 consecutive months occurs.
